Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages! The Garcia family and UC Irvine proudly present to you...THE NEXT ANTEATER!!!
That's right, I have decided on going to UC Irvine. It took lots of time, thought, and deep sobbing (fuckin' UCLA) for me to come to this decision. One thing that motivated me to choose UCI is the fact that it costs less than UC Santa Barbara ($2000 less). The second thing is that UCSB is a lot farther than UCI. Although I feel that I need to leave this place for a while, I don't think I can handle being that far away from "the city I live in, the City of Angels" (Red Hot Chili Peppers: Under the Bridge). There is also the fact that it is known for lots of Asians. I welcome that, as I am comfortable hanging out with them, as well as I find them very attractive (the ladies, of course). But what truly helped me is this gut feeling that I got after the rejections from LA and Berkeley. It's callin' out to me. Weird, huh?
Don't get me wrong; UCSB is a great place. It's a beautiful campus right by the beach. I congratulate those that are going there and wish them the best of luck, as well as to all my friends going down their own path. It kinda sucks that I don't know anyone who's goin' along with me. Oh well...I am a loner, always have been. I work best by myself. But as long as I've got my family and friends to support me, then I think I can walk the path God has laid out for me.

Time Flies
Ever since Jennifer has agreed to go to prom with me, many have been scratching their heads until they're raw and blood. I leave them with lots of questions as to why she's going with lil' ol' me. Well, to say I was expecting this reaction is an understatement, but I never anticipated how much enjoyment I'm getting out of it. Watching people like Steven look like the people on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader is priceless. However, the diarrhea that comes out of his mouth called words isn't as entertaining, making crazy assumptions and statements. Goes to show that some people need to grow up. All I'm goin' to say is that if anyone out there has a problem with this, I'm not hard to find. Look me up so I can shut you up!!! Movin' on...
As the days go by, a number of tests are fast-approaching. First, there are the ELM and EPT, required to enroll into the CSU's. Now these tests will be May 5th, the day after prom. It's gonna be a bitch! Nevertheless, I'm Fernando Enrique Garcia Hernandez, so I can handle it. Then, of course, is the AP examinations. Econ, Cal AB, and English Lit. are the ones I welcome. They are less than a month away, but I remain cool and collective about them. That's not good. I'll probably feel otherwise once the tests draw near. Then there is the Entry Level Writing Exam I must complete for the UC's. I'm not the only one that hates to write essays. However, that doesn't mean I can't write the most bitchin' essay in my academic tenure. Three words...TAKE EM' BRING!!!
Last thing, as the minutes turn into hours, the time for choosing is upon me. I must eventually choose between Irvine and Santa Barbara, and, unfortunately, I didn't go to check out Irvine. Lots of people were busy, so I can't blame them. Even with this occurrence, I still lean toward Irvine. I don't know why? Maybe I'll end up there. We'll see how the next week will play out, but I hate that I haven't made up my mind yet!!!
Well, that's about it for this week. Goes to show ya that time really does fly.

Back to Business
One very big thing happened this week. So big, that I wrote a seperate entry for it called "Aftermath." IZE GOTS ME A PROM DATE BITCHES!!! Forgive me for the foul language, but I am as gitty as a little school girl. At first I wasn't making such a big deal out of it as most people, but once I somehow made Steven Xiao confused and jealous, I feel like a million bucks! At least now he'll stop buggin' Jennifer to go with him, as she's goin' with me. If you want to hear about it more, check out "Aftermath." Hooray for me!!!
But not everything was fun and amusing, as I went back to school this week. The AP tests are comin' up, so it's crunch time. Calculus AB will be tricky, as I crammed a butt-load of material for two weeks. I now need to practice and sink it all in. Wish me luck with that. Economics and English Literature are tough as well, but I think I can manage.
Then there is the choice of which college I'm going to. Right now, it is between UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine. So far, I have more of a feel for UCSB, as I actually went to check out the campus with Jonathan and Daniel this Saturday. I also had dinner with Janet and her friend, who went to UCSB, at a nice Italian restaurant in Alhambra. She answered most of my questions, especially the ones concerning the school's rep. Now I would like to check out Irvine so I can reach a decision. Anyone out there who can help hit me up. PLEASE!!!
With all the shit I had to deal with this week, it was nice to watch a hilarious 300 parody on South Park and another one-hour special of Naruto: Shippuuden. What wasn't nice, however, was the damn power outage that occurred on Thursday. Sucked balls!!!
I believe that was my week. Now I must brace myself for the next few weeks of anarchy and worry. Hopefully not all will be bad. Like I said earlier, "IZE GOTS ME A PROM DATE BITCHES!!! And that's something to look forward to.

Aftermath
A couple of weeks, I was looking for someone to take to the prom. The original plan was to do so when I was good and ready, only that I was somewhat instigated by some people to do so asap. So I did. I asked Jennifer Lew, and she said she'd get back to me. Now in the last few weeks, she didn't get back to me, nor did I make an effort to get an answer. That's my bad. However, when two UCs don't accept you, a fuckin' cable box almost fucks up your weekend, scholarship deadlines are on your ass, and your parents are getting a little on your nerves, an answer is the least of your priorities, especially if it's a "no." Also, I'm a bit shy when it comes to this shit. Nevetheless, that's my bad.
Now fast foward to this week; I had a week of school off and felt a bit rejuvenated; ready to get back on track. As I was on my way to Ms. Kwan's room on Monday, my friend Ryan says hi and sneaks in something within that salutation. What he said will be explained in the following events. As I was talking to Peter about the difficulties of having Steven Xiao as a partner, Nancy Luong and Mihn pulled me aside and had a little chat with me. Now, at first I though they were A) going to kick my ass for some reason, or B) going tell me that someone was in an accident. Thankfully, neither was the case. All they told me that Jen was waiting for me to ask again, and would probably say "yes." Me asking her again was what Ryan hinted at when I saw him (horribly I might add). What surprised me more was the number of people that knew about this. Goes to show you that girls and a gay guy love to chat in their sewing circles (what I call anything that involves gossip). So asked again, with the assistance of Ryan... as he dragged me by my hoody to where they hang out. And she said "yes." And with that Emit Remmus has two words for everyone...FUCK YEAH!!!
...
So there it is...at this time I AM goin' to prom. Now I must attend to a number of things, and most of them concern the same shit I was bitchin' about in "Realization of Reality." That's right...MONEY BITCHE$!!! What's gonna be the killer is the limo I want to get for us and our good ol' friends (the more the merrier). But for now I will relax to and bask the light God has shined on me. And with that, I would like thank Jennifer and those that voluntarily helped me for this. Goes to show that I really do have some good friends.

My Spring Break
I'm here again with lots of work to do, but not wanting to do it. So, I'm writing about the so-so spring break I had, after a week of UC hatin', scholarship chasin', Calculus crammin', cash hustlin', and lots and lots of walkin'. Anyways...
My spring break started of with a bang, as my brother and I got a damn cable box to work just to wow our guests with Wrestlemania 23. And we did. It was awesome!!! But I won't talk about it much; I did enough of that last week.
On Monday and Tuesday, I got up early in the morning to go to Calculus sessions at school. With the AP tests comin' up, now is the time to cram and review. However, it was Monday in which Carlos and I went to get a haircut. Now my hair is short (sucks). Tuesday was more fun as me and my friends decided to go play some basketball afterwards. It was a nice outing.
The rest of the week I would clean the house and do some more Calculus, even going to the library to avoid the distractions of home. I would also AIM with some of my friends, just to pass the time.
Saturday was awesome, as I went out to see the movie Grindhouse. That shit was sweet!!! There was Robert Rodriguez's movie "Planet Terror", full fo zombie-like creatures, and Quentin Tarantino's flick "Deathproof", where a car-driving psycho stalks and kills women. Both movies were pretty cool, but I prefer the former, mostly because of Rose McGowan. And the little coming attractions were fuckin' hilarious. Anyone who likes blood, violence, and ass-kickin' ladies, then go out and see this double-feature.
That about wraps it up for me this week. Happy "Thanksgiving.*"
*Those that have seen Grindhouse might understand it.

A Rollercoaster of a Week
Happy April Fool's Day to all the fools out there. This time around I'll be talking about the most mentally and physically exhausting week I've had in some time.
Let's see, this week was when everyone found out if they were accepted into UCLA or UC Berkeley. Unfortunately, these motherfuckin' universities turned me down. I admit, I was in a deep puddle of shame and disappointment, for about 2 days. It took a lot of self-control and Benadryl to bring me back down to earth. Now I'm okay! Hooray! Now my next move is to choose between UC Irvine or UC Santa Barbara, as I'm leaning toward the former. I'm gonna have to do a lot of research. FUCK!!!!!
But not all was rain and clouds in my life, as there was a new South Park and a Naruto: Shippuuden special right around the corner to cheer me up. South Park was especially funny, as it was a hilarious spoof of 24. I highly recommend to those who have cable or internet access; it is called "The Snuke."
Then came the biggest headache of my weekend, Wrestlemania 23. I was able to scrape some cash to catch it, and got the cable box on Friday. The only problem, however, was that the damn box would not show any picture whatsoever, driving me to the point of canceling my Wrestlemania party. With two UCs rejecting me, this fuckin' stubborn box was driving me to insanity, and everyone was going to feel my wrath!!! Fortunately the box began working at the last minute, so the show was able to go on. I was so relieved and blessed, as I really needed this after such a shitty week. Goes to show that God does exist and doesn't hate me that much, giving me this 4 hour event to share with my friends. The ladder match was sweet, as well as Undertaker's World Championship victory. Sucks that John Cena beat Shawn Michaels; in the same fashion as how he beat Triple H last year (getting schooled and then winning with his stupid STFU submission).
Damn! What a week! Now I got spring break to look forward to. I'll try to find some time to relax and hang out with my friends. I got a lot of work ahead of me, as the motherfuckin' prom and AP tests are comin' up. Need to rest up for what lies ahead of me.
